3.1 Phillip Lim offers returns on full-price merchandise within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that final sale items and select accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid UPS return shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to an authorized UPS location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
